About The Event
The power in the outdoor community and outdoor sports industry is among the most influential voices on the planet to contribute to climate action. There are many “natural” and "human-induced" factors that contribute to climate change. Climate change has always happened on Earth, HOWEVER, it is the rapid rate and the magnitude of climate change occurring now that is of great concern worldwide. But we won't solve the climate crisis unless we solve the misinformation crisis.
Biking is the universal symbol of health, fitness, pollution-free alternative transportation, and NOW Climate Change awareness. We coffee-up, ride 10-15 miles on or off-road followed by discussion, and exchange climate information over more coffee and/or a brew. WE HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT!
